Listening first, THEN speak.
I think the common problem with people is that they jump to conclusion; they talk too much without giving others the chance to talk.
Many times, I have the points in my head, probably next in line to be presented. But the other party will question before I can speak. Most of the time in a tone that of dubious questioning. Is it really, or just me being no confident? #selfdoubt
There were so many times when I had to shut them up by saying, "hold on. I haven't get to that point. Can you please listen to me first?"
Wouldn't the world be a better place if people just listen more before they speak?
