Irony

I'm not sure what's my point... but i noticed an irony.

The Boy, who doesn't realise how much he is dependent on the Girl, would ask her out if he has no plans.

While the Girl, who thinks that she is dependent on the Boy, would find her own plans if she has no plans.

So really, who is the one who is more dependent on the other?
